With a team consisting of mainly born and bred
South Africans, our own professionally trained
guides, intensive contacts with personally inspected
and sociable (mostly small-scale) accommodations and
a lot of specialists we are able to offer you expert
packages.

Generally included in our price:

Excluded: Drink, fuel, food,
one way drop off cost and tolls.
Creating your personal safari travel
recommendation and costing takes a average of
7 working days.
Except that we add your preferences to suit your needs
there are three tips to make your package
perfect.
1) Planning your overnights. Wherever possible we plan never to have more than 2
overnights at the same place in a row. A good rest is
essential for a good holiday. It speaks for itself that
the accommodations must be to your wishes and also neat.
2) Take your time. We give you sufficient time to
explore and experience your surroundings. A country as
large as as South Africa can never be seen in a few
weeks. We rather let you see a little less and enjoy the
experience rather than shoving everything in at once.
3) Take into account distance that you will drive.
The roads in South Africa are generally good (even for
first world standards) and much less busy. When changing
accommodation you must take into account you will drive
a average of approx. 250 km to you next destination. The
distances you will travel will range from 100km to 500km
per day depending on the terrain and where you are.
Required documents & insurances:
E.U. passport valid up to minimum 6 months after your
return trip and must at least have two blanc pages next
to each other. Each participant must have an travel insurance
which offers shelter in case of loss or robbery,
sickness, accident, necessary repatriating and possible
assistance insurance, by commencement of travel.
All above mentioned visits and overnights are
subject to modifications. Although we keep when possible
all prices updated, all prices are at any time subject

safari or their travel agents apply. These conditions we

is how this enquiry works entirely without engagement

Step 1) Orientation.
To give you an idea what your travel wish will cost we
have questions attached on the form to fill in and to to
send to us. YOU receive a cost estimate
after a few days. We
give a estimate what your transport,
accommodation and other wishes will cost. To complete
your calculations we send you a estimate on extra costs
like for example petrol, food, access money and toll!
Because of this you can assess what the real costs will
become. If that's to your expectations we proceed to the
next step.
Step 2) Tender
You now will receive a quote with more information about
the route, accommodation, transport and other needs. If
you accept the quote, you will receive a confirmation of
the booking and we will go to the next step.
Step 3)
Confirmation and booking
Your ideal tour is determined and we will book all
offered services for you. You can start with preparing
your journey.
The following will contain an extensive question list.
Answer the questions as complete as you can, so we will
be able to arrange your journey as best as possible to
your personal wishes. Custom made tours takes a lot of
time but most of all knowledge. We know from experience
that custom made tours gives us satisfied travellers.
Filling in the form takes approximately between 10
and 15 minutes. Creating your personal safari travel
