Houseboats Knysna

"Relax
on the Knysna Lagoon"

Live it up... in comfort and style
Our houseboats are fully equipped to ensure that you
have a worry-free, totally pleasurable holiday. Our
boats sleep either 4 (Leisure Liner) or 6 (Aqua Chalet)
and we can accommodate larger groups on two or more
boats. All you have to bring are groceries, clothing and
towels
We
take pride in our customer Service and you will enjoy
personalized orientation and equipment instructions.
All this plus free undercover parking, free gas and
neat, clean ablution facilities.
We have a well-stocked tuck shop and also sell bait. You
need to supply your own food, drinks, cleaning materials
and towels.
Each boat has a stove, fridge, hot and cold water
showers, chemical toilet, CD Player, CB radio and 12v
electric lights - plus cutlery, crockery, bedding and
kitchen utensils. Also included is a Barbeque for your
enjoyment. Our new Leisure Liners are equipped with
swimming platforms at the back, a targa wing with solar
panels mounted on top and a collapsible awning.
We recommend bringing the following to make your stay
more memorable: Swimming costumes, towels, suntan
lotion, dish towels, light fishing tackle, torch,
cassette tapes, insect repellant, games & books,
binoculars and candles for those romantic sunset
suppers.
Explore the romance of the Knysna Lagoon - a National
Lake Area managed by South African National Parks.
Relax, throw out a line (the fishing’s not bad!), beach
your boat in a secluded cove, watch the birds, swim in
the clear saltwater or take a slow cruise to nowhere,
just following your mood.
No
experience needed, your are the captain and the horizon
your endless goal.
And if you should ever get tired of the water (we know,
it’s never going to happen, but just in case...) tie up
at our jetty and explore the Garden Route. We’re five
minutes drive from the cosmopolitan attractions of
Knysna with its fantastic array of restaurants and
excellent shopping. Or you could head out for the day to
enjoy great safari game watching, mysterious evergreen
forests and long, deserted beaches - or cross the
mountains into the semi-arid Little Karoo to visit the
ostrich farms and the underground beauty of the Cango
Caves.
